2. Start an Online Return

Returning an online purchase is easy! Simply input your order number and email address on our Online Return Form and follow these steps:

1. Input your Web Order# and Email Address associated with your order and click Search
2. Confirm that your contact information is correct (your name and telephone number)
3. Attach any relevant documents (optional) such as photos, invoice, etc.
4. Select which product(s), quantity to return, and return reason:
   Change of mind, defective, damaged, or not compatible
5. Acknowledge that you reviewed our Returns and Exchanges policy to submit your return request

Once you hit submit, you can download and print your prepaid return label, or check your inbox for return instructions along with a copy of the label.

3. Pack your Return

Get your return ready! Don’t forget to print your prepaid return label.

1. Apply the provided return label to the outside of the box and remove any existing shipping labels
2. Securely pack your return items and include complete product packaging, parts, and accessories. Don’t forget to include any extras that came with your order.
3. Important: Enclose any unused return labels in the shipping box for tracking purposes.
   Alternatively, enclose a copy of your invoice, order number and/or your Return Number

4. Ship It Back

Ship your package to us by dropping it off at a convenient Canada Post location.

1. Once we receive your package, it will be subject to inspection by our returns team
2. Eligible returns will have the refund processed within 5 – 7 business days from the receiving date
3. In the event a returned product does not meet our return conditions, we may refuse the return request. If there are any issues with your return, our team will contact you for follow-up.
4. Important: All returns must have a Return Number supplied from Canada Computers.
   Packages without proper documentation may be returned to the sender.
   Return number and labels are valid for 20 calender days.
