Peace of mind with western digital. Dues not come with screw.

Make sure your motherboard supports the max speed or it will downgrade to what ever you're m.2 port can handle. It's still better then getting a slow off brand. Make your faster drive your windows drive and never Defrag a ssd.

The drive itself works amazing, i hope it continues to be. I have used previous versions such as the wd blue. Although the wd black is a higher tier drive, I would probably still go for the wd blue options since I do not have any workloads the require the utilization of higher end specs.

Decent speeds of 100-200MB/s write and 300MB/s read when used in a USB 3.2 type A enclosure. When compared to a Samsung 1TB SATA SSD with an external USB A connector, it runs close to the same speeds and much hotter.

This drive has top real-world performance I've only seen discussed on TechPowerUp. The SN770 beats the 980 Pro in things like loading games or booting up.
I've had no trouble with it. It runs as advertised, and I noticed cuts in load times immediately.
I do dislike that it has a different look than advertised. There's a sticker in the center, and sides are exposed. It's still black and M.2 SSDs are often covered, but I don't see difficulty in getting larger stickers or taking better photos.

While in this day and age, 1 TB isn’t really a lot, this little SSD does its job and does it well. It’s not the fastest, but for day to day use there isn’t much I would use it for that needs to be any faster. Got it on sale too, so can’t beat the price!
