It is expensive but well worth it. You get what you pay for. Gaming on this monitor is mind blowing. First because it is so wide that it encompasses entire field of view so essentially you are more engrossed by the game you are playing and second because it has 2048 dimming zones so HDR looks spectacular on it. My model is the latest revision of this monitor and it comes with the latest firmware. No dead pixels, or any other issues to speak of.

Awesome monitor! Has firmware 1011 and experienced no issues found in youtube reviews (they were running older firmware/had QC issues from earlier production lines). Excellent HDR. Replaced dual 27" monitors (can now use a centre window vs. a centre bezel). Love the curvature working on Office applications (Excel/Word/Powerpoint). No longer leaning in to read content at edges like the dual monitor (for sharper angles, I had to push the centre back further, so was a give and take).
