Solid and very comfortable. Dual duty as an office chair and gaming chair. Great value. Also like the fact that i could try the chairs in store. Turns out I didn't have to spend more to get the right chair for me.

The foam was surprisingly comfortable, felt like quality, the casters and base unit were solid, smooth and made very little noise on hardwood floor. The chair was relatively heavy and built well.

The plastic arms, although they are decent, could have used a bit more heavy materials to make them feel premium. Bucket seat is way too small for larger users (200+ lbs) as the sitting area is very small (15") The bucket seat base has metal rods in them on the sides, so if you're a larger user, they will dig right into your thighs and cause discomfort. I do not recommend for 200lbs+

I wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase of this product.

A young employee at Vaughan location was not knowledgeable of chair, said it was larger than one I demo'ed at the store that was open/on the floor - there was no return on the chair after assembly but could not test before hand, I lost $40 of my CanadaComputers rewards balance and had to sell it to recoup costs. I do not recommend buying any char without trying first, especially from Canada Computers.

Although the product would have been good for a smaller user, it's not designed for larger people (200+ lbs) as the bucket seat is way too tight. The actual seat portion is approx 15 " before the wings of the bucket seat head up, and under is not full foam, but a metal rod which digs right into your thighs. Stay away if you can.

Great chair for graphic design and game development.

The padding is firm and comfortable. The back supports are great when I want to give my back that extra stretch and the laying horizontal option is phenomenal when I want to lay back and turn my mind off.

Would have liked to be able to lock the chair tilt in an angled position. I realize that is a feature in the next model up.

I spend all day developing mobile games and I need a solid chair that can support my back. I'm glad I invested this chair.

Ultimate comfort

Very high quality construction. All metal subframe and all bolts used in the assembly bolt to the metal substructure for lasting durability. The bolts have lock washers so if properly fastened, will not likely come loose. The manufacture also includes the allen wrenches to secure the bolts for ease of assembly. The stitching is straight and uniform and padding is firm for maximal support allowing for less fatigue during long seating sessions. The company logo is embroidered on the upholstery and pillows for a more quality look.

Instructions are minimal but assembly is straight forward. This was actually my third unit as we purchased 2 nitro models as well. Key to assembly when attaching the backrest is to leave the bolts only halfway in during initial assembly thereby allowing wiggle room to align all the bolt holes. Once all the bolts have been started, tighten the bolts in a cross pattern so that both of the chair brackets are evenly loaded. The box is large, heavy and bulky. Be careful when transport as there is not a lot of protection provided by the shipping carton.

This chair does not have the visual pop of the nitro models But, in my opinion it is more comfortable if you enjoy reclining. The side bolsters on the backrest are broader and more padded than the nitro series and thus more comfortable when your arms rest on them in the reclined position. Prior to purchase, highly recommend if you can, try them out to ensure you get the chair that is sized right for you. Gaming chairs are made specific for different body builds, so go to each manufactures website, look at the sizing specs to find the right size. This brand is as good as any of the top manufactures (ie dxracer).

Didn't notice really any weaknesses just the screws were a little bit hard to screw in.

Amazing chair overall quality is very good and the chair support for your back and comfortable seating as well as the pillow and the backrest is very well really comfortable.
Quality of the leather is very good and the design overall is very nice
