Bought 2 of these specifically for archival storage. These drives are heavy. Lots of capacity and really quite fast.
The main drawback with these high capacity WD drives is the noise.
These suckers really rattle and groan while in use - just a caution- otherwise, I’m sure they will be fine in the long term.
