The memory kit will boot at the SPD speed when BIOS settings are at default.
For XMP enabled memory kits, enable XMP/DOCP/A-XMP in the BIOS to reach up to the rated XMP overclock speed, and system stability with overclocked memory kits may depend on the capability of the motherboard & CPU.

Installed this on a mini-itx A520i board for a budget build. No issues at all and motherboard posted without any issues the first time around. Went to bios to make sure final speed was at the correct 3200MHz. Ran extensive memory diagnostics to make sure everything was ok and no errors were detected. G.skill has not failed me yet in compatibility. Plain black heatsink design is not gaudy and works/blends really well with my minimalist build
no rgb (not really a con for me, but could be for some users out there
Wife needed a secondary home pc that was small (mini-itx). Used a 3700X and an A520i motherboard that has 55A DrMos VRMs that is capable of delivering 330A. Popped these memory in and everything worked without any issues.
