Staff helped me find this Refurbished option as it comes certified.
Installed it in a new PC and checked the power values over a few hours and had nothing out of the ordinary.

I compared the provided cables (with Corsairs online manual):
1 24-pin mobo cable
3 CPU cables - so 1 extra
2 6+2 PCIe cables /w splits - so 1 missing
2 3-conn SATA cables
2 4-conn SATA cables - so 1 extra
1 molex cable - so 1 missing
1 power cord
Floppy adapter missing

I returned the PSU, the staff checked another and found same problem as the one I returned. Corsair is shipping cables that don't line up with their on-line manual. Canada Computers let me return the PSU for a full refund.
