This was unexpected...

If I had to describe the bass, I'd call it Movie Bass, because it makes the music in some videos so much more dramatic. The stereo speakers are crisp with no distortion. You'll be glad the bass control knob is on the speaker, because you're gonna be adjusting it for a while to find the right level that works best with your movies and videos and games. When you have everything dialed in, you'll only smile from then on. I'll be keeping these speakers until they die!

-Sometimes you'll be watching something quiet, and then the bass will kick in and it can sometimes be a little too much. If you have software to control audio like an EQ and/or audio enhancements you should def play around with them to find the right balance. -I wish the left and right speakers could be laid on their side so they'd fit under my monitor. -I'm still waiting for my neighbours to come knocking on my door to tell me to turn it down!

These speakers will amaze you if you've only spent less than $100 on computer speakers.

Powerful Speakers for a Desktop

Powerful sound. Deep bass (adjustable). The bottom of the speakers have rubber non-slip strips. THX certified.

Sub-woofer is a bit larger than most but this should be expected from the power.

I use these speakers for my desktop PC for gaming mostly but also the normal YouTube videos and music. I am not an audiophile or engineer so this is coming from a more casual point of view.

The sound is very powerful (in higher settings) and the bass is really good. If I want to shake the house I probably can. Installation is straight forward. I liked the non-slip bottoms of the speakers. They keep the speakers in place if you're prone to moving things around your desk. The speakers are THX certified. I'm not entirely sure what that means but I assume some test parameters had to be met.

Like I mentioned in the weakness the sub-woofer might be too big for some desk set-ups. I do accidentally kick it sometimes since it is under my desk but this should be expected for a more powerful speaker set.

Overall, if you're looking for a powerful set of 2.1 channel speakers this is a great choice.

Unbelievable Bass

- Very clear sounding. - Loads of bass. - Doesn't crackle at high volumes

- Too much bass in some songs, requires adjusting very seldom.

Overall a very solid speaker from Logitech. Highly recommend, especially at these prices too. Very good bang for the buck. Also, 2.1 speakers are so key for music on a computer system. 5.1 is just a waste of money unless they are setup properly which we all know most people wont do. A+ on these speakers. Highly recommended!
