Didn't work for me

If it were to work at full DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 2.0 capacity (it didn't for me), it would be convenient to have a single cable instead of needing an adapter.
Didn't support 3840x2160 @ 60Hz for my setup. (My setup does work at that res and frame rate with a different adapter + cable combo.)
When connecting my Intel NUC (NUC6i3SYK) to my 4k Sony TV (XBR55X700D) it maxed out at 3840x2160 @ 30Hz. DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 2.0 (supported by my NUC and TV, respectively) are both capable of 3840x2160 @ 60Hz, so this cable ought to have been able to support that.

What ended up working for me was an *active* DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 converter (made by Club 3D; also available through Canada Computers). Connected that to a high speed HDMI cable and my NUC was sending smooth 3840x2160 60Hz video to my 4k TV. In talking with Intel tech support, I think an active adapter was needed because the NUC needs to think it's connected to a DisplayPort device to achieve max throughput.

For some setup, this cable might work, but it certainly doesn't work for all.
